📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement future of work strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on emerging trends and technologies.
• Utilize collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom to facilitate remote work solutions.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to measure and report on the impact of future of work initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of future of work solutions.
• Provide regular progress reports and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and industry reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, human resources, or a related field, with a focus on future of work strategies.
• Certification in future of work or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing future of work strategies for organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
