As an Automotive Service Advisor at Icon Jco Puchong SDN BHD, you’ll use our in-house system, ServicePro, to manage appointments, track vehicle history, and communicate with our team of experienced technicians. You’ll also leverage QuickBooks for financial transactions and Salesforce for customer relationship management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer appointments and ensure timely service delivery using ServicePro.
• Provide accurate and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
• Process financial transactions using QuickBooks and manage customer data in Salesforce.
• Promote our brand and services through effective communication and marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using ServicePro, QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
