📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new inventory management technologies.
• Assist in training new staff on inventory management procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is a plus.
