As a Guidance Officer / Senior Guidance Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing guidance programs that address the unique needs of each child. You'll work with a team of social workers, educators, and counselors to create a holistic approach to child welfare. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement guidance programs tailored to the needs of children in residential care
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support the emotional and psychological well-being of children
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive child welfare plan for each resident
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children in the program, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to children in developing life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Collaborate with educators, social workers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare
• Participate in team meetings and staff development activities to share knowledge and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child guidance and counseling

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child guidance, counseling, or a related field
• Certification in Child Guidance or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with case management and record-keeping systems, such as Child Protection Information System (CPIS) or similar software
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Understanding of the Indonesian legal and social welfare system, particularly in the context of child protection
