📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial matters.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
