📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the preschool.
  • Manage and supervise a team of educators and support staff.
  • Implement and monitor educational programs and activities.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for children and staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage school records.
  • Collaborate with parents and community members to support the overall development of the children.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in professional development and training programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and local language (Indonesian).
  • Valid teaching certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
