📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
• Lead a team of 15-20 professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the logistics and supply chain industry, and implement relevant innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CILT, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
