As a Bilingual Language Specialist, you'll be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, emails, and conversations between English and Mandarin speakers. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely information, fostering strong relationships and business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about language and cross-cultural communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between English and Mandarin speakers with high accuracy.
• Ensure timely delivery of translated materials to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in translation and interpretation standards.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances to provide the best possible service.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on language and communication best practices.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of language-related policies and procedures.
• Adapt to the night shift schedule, working from 10 PM to 7 AM daily.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a strong command of both languages.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or a related field.
• Proficient in using translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Across.
• Certification in translation or interpretation (e.g., ATA, CIPT, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
