📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and evaluate IQOS retail outlets to assess the quality of service, product knowledge, and overall customer experience.
• Document observations and interactions with staff and customers using a standardized evaluation form.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to retail managers to help improve performance and meet IQOS standards.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented and maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, respecting the privacy of customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the retail team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest evaluation techniques and IQOS standards.
• Report on your findings and recommendations to the Impact Power Mandiri management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail evaluation or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with IQOS products and brand standards.
• Willingness to travel to various retail locations within Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
