📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of residential and commercial buildings.
• Manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and site supervisors.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction, with a proven track record in leading construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Pangkal Pinang.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
