📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of new HR policies and procedures related to training.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and training management systems.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
