📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and lift installation projects from start to finish.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site workers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their tasks safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Inspect and approve construction work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.,Respond to any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project, and develop and implement effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction and lift installation projects.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of site workers.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate heavy machinery.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,A clean driving record and a commitment to maintaining a safe and accident-free work environment.
