📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise shift staff to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain store standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and develop new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Prepare and present daily sales reports.,Oversee opening and closing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.,Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.
