📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and receipt of defense equipment and supplies.
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse assets and personnel.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse facilities, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and inventory levels.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the defense or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Commitment to national security and defense.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
