Rumah Sakit Joko Store is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, and a passion for helping others learn and grow. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
