Base Fresh Berjaya is looking for a Lead Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our tutors to ensure high-quality education. If you have a passion for teaching and a desire to help students succeed, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum to meet educational goals.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and tutors.,Collaborate with other tutors and staff to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education.,Provide guidance and support to tutors to help them grow and develop their skills.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of tutors to ensure they are meeting the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or teacher.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using educational technology and online learning platforms.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of tutors.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
