📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of site engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.,Mentor and train junior engineers and site personnel.,Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may arise during project execution.,Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
