Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the operation of various machinery and equipment in the facility.Train and mentor junior operators to ensure they are competent and confident in their roles.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and hazard-free.Maintain the efficiency and productivity of the operations by identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure that they are in good working condition.Monitor and record production data to ensure that we are meeting our production targets.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers and that our operations are aligned with our overall business goals.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement ways to improve our processes and operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of operators.Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment, including their maintenance and repair.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and inspire and motivate a team.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or bottlenecks in the operations.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.🛠️ Keahlian
