PT Nusantara Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory and the accuracy of our test results.

As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
  • Manage and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning properly.
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for new lab technicians and staff.
  • Manage laboratory inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
