📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and improve business outcomes.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software is a plus.
