📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the branch.,Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the branch is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare or automotive service organization.,Strong knowledge of healthcare and automotive service industry best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
