As a Lead Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing and supervising accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
