📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Prepare and present sales proposals and pitch our insurance products to potential clients.,Process and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
