📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the patient referral system, ensuring efficient coordination between healthcare providers and patients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track and analyze referral data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new referral partners into our network.
• Conduct market research to identify new referral sources and potential partnerships.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient referrals and partnerships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of referral incentives and programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare engagement and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare engagement, patient referral, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
