PT Maha Fajar is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and operational at all times.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage fuel purchases and monitor fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
