📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.,Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content.,Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and grow the company's social media presence and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.,Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
