📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR Manager in the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
