Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and prepare reports for senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.,Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
