📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring their dining and drinking experience is memorable.
• Take and process orders accurately, using our in-house POS system (Square).
• Handle cash transactions and payments, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Assist bartenders and chefs by delivering drinks and food to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and seating.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Server or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage operations, including POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hospitality training or certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
