📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to the fleet, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in managing the overall fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
