📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily plantation operations, including crop monitoring, pest control, and irrigation management.
• Coordinate with farming teams to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal crop yields.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to align with environmental regulations.
• Utilize SAP for farm management to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Conduct regular assessments of crop health and soil quality to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for plantation growth.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in farming practices.
• Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies and best practices to drive innovation in the plantation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management, with a focus on sustainable farming practices.
• Proven track record of successful crop management and yield optimization.
• Familiarity with SAP for farm management and Agri-GIS for land mapping.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
