📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the team.,Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business goals.,Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.,Leading team meetings and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.,Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to improve HR processes.,Collaborating with other departments to align HR practices with organizational objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving HR initiatives.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
